It has a halter top that ties and a very secure hook in the back. The bra is padded with inserts that can be removed if desired. The bra and panties are decorated with little crystal stones. You need to see it to appreciate it. It is a size medium but it does run small. Consider it a "small" medium for a bust size of about 34.
